Combined Course: Neural Reprocessing for Chronic Pain & Anxiety

  • In six 90-minute sessions you’ll learn new concepts in neuroscience, along with mind body practices that can help address your body’s natural alarm systems - pain and anxiety - in a supportive group setting.

  • You will learn to cognitively reframe your understanding pain and anxiety.

  • Your chronic pain or anxiety is not your fault, and there is a way out.

  • Uses a completely different set of tools than physical therapy, psychotherapy, or pain medications.

  • Not group therapy, but a group format does allow class members to encourage and learn from each other as we practice exercises, watch videos, or discuss topics.

  • This is not about “coping better” with your symptoms. This class helps teach your brain to not even run the neural circuits of pain and anxiety.
