Combined Course: Neural Reprocessing for Chronic Pain & Anxiety
In six 90-minute sessions you’ll learn new concepts in neuroscience, along with mind body practices that can help address your body’s natural alarm systems - pain and anxiety - in a supportive group setting.
You will learn to cognitively reframe your understanding pain and anxiety.
Your chronic pain or anxiety is not your fault, and there is a way out.
Uses a completely different set of tools than physical therapy, psychotherapy, or pain medications.
Not group therapy, but a group format does allow class members to encourage and learn from each other as we practice exercises, watch videos, or discuss topics.
This is not about “coping better” with your symptoms. This class helps teach your brain to not even run the neural circuits of pain and anxiety.
